Our artisan Panettone is lovingly handcrafted the traditional way.  A natural yeast starter, and days of kneading and proofing the dough, give our Panettone its signature lightness.  Candied orange peel and raisins are then added to impart the bread and the classic taste that makes Panettone a beloved holiday tradition.

Authentic Italian espresso relies on a crafted blending of the finest Arabica coffee from a variety of sources. This artisan tradition results in a flavour experience that is more complex and sophisticated than any of its individual, single-origin parts. For over three generations, the Bizzarri family has been evolving and improving on the enduring craft of Italian espresso, combining the harmonious artistry of the blend with the precise science of the roast to create signature blends that reflect the passion and personality at the heart of the Italian caffè experience.

 

This blend features a delicate, chocolaty flavour with deep, earthy undertones. Organic beans from Indonesia and South America are roasted to a medium intensity producing a smooth and silky finish. This blend is suitable for espresso and drip coffee.

We add candied orange peel and raisins to impart the sweet bread with classic flavours, then top with a crunchy meringue, slivered almonds and pearl sugar.
